Returns and Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Some items (final-sale, intimate apparel, or personalized goods) may not be eligible; this is noted on the product page.

How to start a return

Email support@usasecureshop.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when it is processed.

Return shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your order arrives defective or wrong, we cover return shipping and make it right.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
